The Friends of Garston Park have a committee meeting every other month and a general meeting every other month. These are always on the third Friday of the month at 6 30 at Long Lane Church (although we did take a break for August)
That means there is a meeting tomorrow (19th November)
Whether you are on the committee or not, if you are interested in the park you are welcome to any of our meetings.
If you'd like more information, do please let us know by e mailing paula.keaveney@liverpool.gov.uk or the Chair Alan Helsby at alanhelsby@blueyonder.co.uk
The Friends of Garston Park is a group of local residents and organisations working together to support our park

Friends of Garston Park - getting there!
People living near the Park should start to see some more improvements soon.
We've raised some money to buy some more benches and are waiting for delivery so they can be installed.
We've raised some money to pay for a new noticeboard so there'll be one at both of the entrances and not just the one by Whithedge Road.
And we have a commitment to some cash to plant a wildflower meadow.
What's more the City Council is going to help us by getting the existing benches refurbed.
So, a lot to look forward to for our park.
